Rasta Brändåsen is a facility that is part of the well-known Rasta chain with 30 meeting places across Sweden where we operate restaurant, shop & hotel services. Here at Rasta Brändåsen, we have a restaurant focused on traditional Swedish home cooking.

We are looking for a stress-resistant and dedicated chef who can help make our operations at Rasta a success during the summer season. Together with the rest of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our visitors have a tasty and memorable experience through quality meals and excellent service.

• Plan and prepare meals with high quality and precision.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment for efficient and safe cooking.

• You will prepare and cook high-quality meals.

• Work together with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient lunch/dinner service.

• Experience from a professional kitchen – Previous work as a chef, preferably within traditional Swedish home cooking.

• Stress-resistant and efficient – Used to handling a high pace and working under time pressure.

• Knowledge of food handling and hygiene – Good understanding of safe cooking practices and HACCP procedures.

• Self-driven and responsible – Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your area of work.

• Good knowledge of kitchen economics – Understanding of raw material costs, waste management, and efficient kitchen operations.

Employment type: Seasonal employment. Working hours: Varying hours, including weekends and evenings. Salary: According to collective agreement. Start date: By agreement.
